Carolyn is a Registered Nurse and Certified Dementia Practitioner who brings over 30 years of involvement in dementia and senior care service. Carolyn and her partner Janet created Thrive Assisted Living to provide person-centered services to people living with dementia.  They have worked to create an environment where residents feel valued and loved, giving each individual the opportunity to Thrive.

Thrive's Care Partners are trained in compassionate communication techniques and person-centered care specific to dementia. The Care Team at Thrive is invested in building relationships with residents while creating a nurturing and safe environment. Care partners focus on engaging residents in daily living and activities that focus on residents' strengths to create opportunities for meaning and joy every day.
